Eye of the Sea Jewelry is handcrafted and we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship.
If a repair is needed, please email the following information to customercare@eyeofthesea.com :
Your Name, Mailing address, Telephone number, Email address, Order number and a short description of the repair issue. 

We will email you a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly visable on the outside of the package.
Please include a copy of your order or the repair email, as well as the Repair Authorization Number inside the box.

If the item has been purchased within 6 months, there will not be a repair charge for any problem caused by a manufacturers defect.
Any other repair needed (refer to the Jewelry Care section), a repair charge will incur and be determined once the item is inspected. 

For any item needing a repair after 6 months, once we receive back the item and the repair needed has been assessed, we will then determine the cost of the repair.

All Eye of the Sea 14K Gold Fine Jewelry styles are sent back to Greece for repairs and are subject to a cost that will be determined once we have received your item.   Please allow 4-6 weeks for the repairs.

Replacement Evil Eyes or Eye of the Sea charms can be restrung on a bracelet for a $25.00 charge.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We only accept repairs for items purchased on eyeofthesea.com.
Any items needing a repair from one of our Retailers, must be returned to the original store where the purchase was made.
